Val-David is one of the most picturesque Village in the Laurentians. Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson is another town near The Domain where you can find outdoor activities year long. In the heart of the city lies Lake Masson. In summer you can practice different water sports and in winter the lake becomes a skating rink of 8.1 km. Snowmobile trails, sledding, cross-country skiing trails are just a few of the winter activities that can be enjoyed. Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson is best known for their Marina, The Viking Resort and The Esterel Resort.

The Laurentians a tourist region

This vast and welcoming region is a popular tourist destination offering a long list of activities all four seasons of the year. The Laurentians are located north of Montreal, covering nearly 22,000 square kilometers of territory and located in the southern part of Quebec. The territory extends South to North of the Mille-Iles River to the large Territories north of Mont-Laurier Region and West to East, from the limits of the Outaouais area to the boundaries of the Lanaudière and the Mauricie areas. Walking through its plains and valleys, climbing its hills and mountains, you’ll become completely mesmerized by it’s beauty.
